THE POWER OF FAST WALKING

We believe that longevity is not a spectator sport. It is a metric.

For decades, we were told to 'just walk'. The science has changed. We now know that the difference between a stroll and a 15-minute mile is the difference between a 4% and a 20% reduction in mortality. FastWlaker is for those who refuse to slow down. We are the former runners, the high-performers, and the longevity seekers who understand that VO2 Max is the ultimate currency. We don't walk to pass the time. We walk to gain it.

UNDERSTANDING THE PACE

Most people walk at a pace of 2-3 miles per hour (20-30 minute miles). But as a FastWalker, you'll begin to excel at 4 miles per hour or 15-minute miles. Turning heads happens at 5 miles per hour (12-minute miles), while a 10-minute mile enters race walking territory. Olympic athletes maintain 6-7 minute miles, with the world record standing at an incredible 5:31.
